This innovative resource was developed by the Benefit Advisors Network (BAN), a national consortium of independent benefit advisors of which IBS is a part of.  It is an easy-to-use tool and accessible via the IBS website.  Inform on Reform© empowers IBS to provide you with legal expertise, disclose knowledge and critical updates on the NHCR, and allows for companies to adjust accordingly for compliance as these clarifications become available.

Inform on Reform© provides you with deadlines and dates, interpretations, clarifications, resource materials and helpful links to help you navigate through the complexities of Health Care Reform.  This tool can also be used as a data source to answer common inquiries on ambiguous sections of various provisions in the law.

This tool is available to you only through IBS, as an exclusive member of the BAN.  It is continually updated and maintained by our nationally recognized Compliance Director, Peter Marathas, and his team of employee benefits attorneys and specialists at Proskauer Rose, LLP.
